The Live-CD was created to homologate computers to the use of the multiseat technology, without the need to locally install the scripts. It is a modified version of the Ubuntu 8.04 live-cd.
For a dual-seat:
- 512MB RAM
- CD reader
- 2 keyboards
- 2 mice
- 2 video cards
- 2 monitors
- other Ubuntu requisites
The image can be downloaded in this link:
We highly recommend that you download both files and run the command
md5sum -c mdm0.0.3-livecd.md5sum
to verify the integrity of the .iso image before reconding in a media. We also don't recommend the use of CD-RW medias because more reading errors happen with them.
Please, feel free to write to us: multiterminal (at) c3sl ufpr br. You can also use Talk:Live-CD for questions and comments.
When writing, if possible, inform your computer configuration (processor type (speed, model), memory amount, video card models). Be sure to read our FAQ before asking any question.
- ↑ We encourage that the image is downloaded and tested. We really need your support with critics/suggestions and reports about the working of the live-cd.
